The company’s management is extraordinarily stable. The majority of our packaging staff has between 10 to 30 years of service with the company. Training of line supervision, quality assurance staff, and corporate management is an on-going process. Since our start in 1973, we have grown to become one of the leading warehouse club store and promotional contract packagers in America. Our locations are strategically located in key economic and transportation hubs.

Aaron Thomas has been providing contract packaging services in Southern California since 1973, Memphis, Tennessee since 1988, and in Crest Hill, Illinois since 2005. We are a non-union, equal opportunity employer.

In December 2001, we expanded our Memphis location to a larger facility and added warehousing and distribution to our line of services.

In July 2005, we opened a new branch of Aaron Thomas Company in Chicago, Illinois. Crest Hill is just minutes southwest of Chicago, Illinois, and nestled along the “big-box” warehousing corridor of I-55. This location gives the Aaron Thomas Company complete and affordable distribution access to any location across North America and establishes for Aaron Thomas a triad of locations to coordinate national display roll-outs, on-going club, and retail multi-packs and packaging promotions.

In 2017, Aaron Thomas Company expanded again by adding a new building in Jurupa Valley, California, and purchasing an additional facility in Memphis, Tennessee. We now have 1.5 million sq. ft. of packaging space!

In response to industry trends, Aaron Thomas added snack food manufacturing to our repertoire in the mid-2010s. Our fleet ribbon blenders and drum blenders allow Aaron Thomas to handle most any type of contract manufacturing blending that you need. We can utilize your formula, raw materials, and packaging and turn it into a finished product ready to market… or we can provide a turnkey service. Whether you provide all of the components or you need us to provide we are here to be your manufacturing partner!

We currently employ in excess of 1,000 people daily. Our client list reads like a “Who’s Who” of Fortune 500™ companies with plenty of small and medium-sized businesses too.
